Recycle Bin - How to restore any deleted property or inspection.
Updated over a month ago

Step 1: At the top right of every CMS page, you will find the 'Recycle Bin' tab. Select this to view deleted properties and inspections.

Step 2: You can use the supplied search bar and filters to search for any Property Address or related inspections that are in 'Deleted' status.

Step 3: You will see the 'Restore' option for any property or inspection in 'Deleted' status.

  • Restoring a Inspection: If you are trying to restore an inspection and the property is still active, you will need to 'Show Inspection(s)' to see all of the inspections on that property. Only then will you be able to locate and restore your missing inspection.

(Restoring inspections will simply restore them, there is no pop-up message for restoring inspections.)

  • Restoring a Property: If you are restoring a property, you will receive the following pop-up message. This only restores the property, you will still need to restore any inspection(s) that you wish to restore along with the property.
(Properties or inspections that appear with a red overlay denote their deleted status.)

  • If you've restored the incorrect property or inspection, you can delete it again by clicking on 'Undo.'
