How to Add a Tenant Assisted Inspection (TAI) from the Inspection Manager CMS
Updated over 3 weeks ago

πŸ“ Please note: If TAI is not enabled for your Office, then you will not be able to follow the steps below. If you wish to get this feature setup, please contact us on im.helpdesk@proptechlabs.com

STEP 1: To create a Tenant Assisted Inspection (TAI) all you need to do is create a Routine inspection. Once you have a Routine Inspection in Pending status, click on the 'Request TAI' button located to the right of the inspection.

STEP 2: A pop-up will then appear giving you two options to select from.

  • Option 1 will allow you copy the TAI inspection link so that you can paste it into to your own email client or trust accounting system, if you prefer to email from one of these systems instead. Doing this will move the inspection into Tenant Routine status.

  • Option 2 will open up Inspection Managers email window which will allow you to email directly from the CMS.

Once it has been sent off you will receive a pop-up notification.
