About the Palace integration

The Palace integration connects Palace and Inspection Manager, enabling both systems to work together as part of your inspection workflow.

With this integration, Palace data can sync into Inspection Manager, including scheduled inspections and the properties they are assigned to. Completed reports can also be synced back into Palace.


Before you request setup

Before opening the setup form, make sure you have the required information ready.

You may need to provide details such as:

  • Your office or company name

  • Your contact details

  • The CRM or database you use

  • Any notes or questions for the Inspection Manager team

  • The Palace API credentials generated from Palace, if requested by the Inspection Manager team

Note: The setup request is sent to the Inspection Manager support ticketing system. One of their technicians will contact you to complete the setup between Inspection Manager and your Palace database.


Request the Palace integration setup

Use the Sync with Palace page to request the setup of the Palace integration.

  • Open the Sync with Palace link

  • Complete the setup request form

  • Confirm that you are ready for the sync to be set up

  • Submit the request

  • Wait for the Inspection Manager team to contact you
