About Palace sync settings

The Palace sync area in Inspection Manager lets you manually sync Palace data and review the outcome of recent syncs.

Before using the Palace sync settings, your Palace and Inspection Manager integration must be active.

Note: If the Palace option is not available in Inspection Manager, contact your manager, administrator, or the Inspection Manager support team to confirm that your integration has been set up.
