About Inspection Manager integrations
Inspection Manager integrates with a range of property management and trust accounting platforms to help reduce manual data entry and keep inspection information consistent across systems.
Some integrations sync property and scheduled inspection data into Inspection Manager, then send completed inspection reports back to the connected system. Other integrations, such as Bricks+Agent, focus on sending maintenance issues identified during inspections back to the connected platform for actioning.
Before you request an integration
Before requesting an integration, make sure your office is ready for the setup process. Having the right account access and details available can help the support team complete your request faster.
Confirm that your office has an active Inspection Manager account
Confirm that your office has access to the platform you want to connect to, such as REST Professional, Property Tree, Palace, PropertyMe, Property Space, Re-Leased, Console Cloud, or Bricks+Agent
Check whether you need administrator access in the connected platform
Gather any details requested by the setup form, such as your company name, contact details, database details, CRM details, or API key if applicable
Make sure the person submitting the request is ready to work with the Inspection Manager support team
Note: For Property Tree, the setup process may require generating an API key in Property Tree and activating Inspection Manager in the Property Tree Partner Gateway.
Select an integration setup form
Use this section to choose the setup form for the system you want to connect with Inspection Manager. Each form sends your request to the Inspection Manager support team, who will contact you to help complete the integration setup.
Select the integration that matches your property management, trust accounting, or maintenance platform
Open the relevant setup form
Enter the required details
Submit the form
Wait for the Inspection Manager support team to contact you
Note: Make sure you are ready to proceed before submitting a setup form. Some setup requests may be added to the Inspection Manager support ticketing system, and tickets may close automatically if a response is not received within the required timeframe.
REST Professional
Use the REST Professional sync to reduce double-handling between REST Professional and Inspection Manager. Property and scheduled inspection data can be pulled into Inspection Manager, and completed reports can be sent back to REST Professional once inspections are finalised.
Property Tree
Use the Property Tree integration to sync scheduled inspections from Property Tree into Inspection Manager. Once an inspection is completed, the completed report can sync back to Property Tree as a PDF attachment, and the inspection may be marked as conducted.
Palace
Use the Palace integration to connect Palace to Inspection Manager as part of a single inspection workflow. Scheduled inspections and assigned property data can sync into Inspection Manager, and completed reports can sync back to Palace.
PropertyMe
Use the PropertyMe integration to keep property and scheduled inspection data consistent across PropertyMe and Inspection Manager. This helps reduce manual entry and keeps inspection information up to date across both systems
Property Space
Use the Property Space option to streamline tenancy-related workflows alongside Inspection Manager. Property Space supports paperless leases, tenant inductions, condition reports, routine inspections, utility connections, and tenant maintenance requests, helping agencies reduce paper-based processes and keep rental information in one place.
Re-Leased
Use the Re-Leased integration to support commercial property inspection workflows. Property and scheduled inspection data can sync from Re-Leased into Inspection Manager, and completed reports can be sent back to Re-Leased.
Console Cloud
Use the Console Cloud integration to reduce manual entry between Console Cloud and Inspection Manager. The integration is intended to help avoid missing, duplicated, or manually re-entered inspection information.
Bricks+Agent
Use the Bricks+Agent integration to send maintenance issues identified during inspections back to your Bricks+Agent dashboard for actioning.
What happens after the integration is activated
After the integration is set up, Inspection Manager and the connected platform can share the information supported by the integration type.
Property and scheduled inspection data may be imported into Inspection Manager
Property managers can complete inspections in Inspection Manager
Completed inspection reports may sync back to the connected platform
Maintenance issues may sync to a maintenance platform if the integration supports this workflow
Troubleshoot an integration request
If your integration does not sync as expected, check the setup and sync requirements before contacting support.
Confirm that the integration has been activated by Inspection Manager support
Check that the connected platform has also been activated, if required
Confirm that required inspection details are complete
Check that inspections are scheduled for a future date, where applicable
Confirm that the correct property manager or user is assigned to the property
Check that your API key or connection details match the information provided to Inspection Manager
If the issue continues, contact Inspection Manager support and include the platform name, property address, inspection date, and any error details.
