2. Accessing Inspections
Updated over a year ago

There are two screens where you can access inspections from:

  1. Inspection List

  2. Calendar

1. Inspection List

The Inspection List view is the most commonly used view for accessing inspections. It displays your inspections in a list view sorted by inspection date.

πŸ“ Note: Refreshing your Inspection List will also update the App with the latest changes made to your Office settings on the CMS.

New or updated inspections, predictive phrases, and/or photo limit changes, are all examples of things that get updated when updating the Inspection List.

This is done by pulling down the Inspection List until you see it begin to refresh your list.

STEP 1: To access an inspection, simply scroll and tap on the inspection. The view shows inspection dates in order of today, tomorrow, past, and then future inspections.

STEP 2: You can search for an inspection using the search box, should you need to locate an inspection without scrolling.

There are inspection status filters that you can apply and stack if you need to look for inspections that are in a particular status.

2. Calendar

The Calendar view displays your inspections on a Calendar with inspections being displayed on the days of their inspection date. Inspections appear as coloured dots on the days, with the colours being determined by the status of the inspection.

You can access inspections directly by clicking on the day, and then clicking on the inspection in the list below the Calendar.

This view also has inspection status filters that you can apply, just like the Inspection List view.
