βSTEP 1: Whenever you are editing a report you can select to upload a photo by clicking the green Camera icon to the right of any Area/Item.
You will then be prompted with the following window.
STEP 2: Locate the images on your PC, select the ones you want to add, or simply drag and drop them directly into the window where it says 'Drop your photos'.
They will appear as so once they've been added.
STEP 3: For Routine Inspections you are able to change the Area of every photo by clicking the arrow on the photo heading and selecting a different Area. For Ingoing or Outgoing Inspections, you are also able to change the Area and Item of every photo.
If you need to adjust the orientation of the photo, then the following icon if clicked will rotate the image 90Β° upon every click.

If you accidentally added the wrong photo, then the following icon if clicked will delete the image. You will receive a prompt warning you before it is deleted and you will need to reupload the image if you have deleted it and you want it back.
Once you've positioned your photos to be in the correct Area(s) and made sure that their orientation is corrected, just click on 'Save' and the photos will be added to the report for you.
