This setting allows you to enter in a percentage amount which relates to the consumption benchmarking.

In the example below we have entered in 10%, what this means is that the next time a bill is processed through the system for a matching property and creditor, if it is 10% higher than the last bill there will be a tag at the top of the bill to notify of this.

This can be particularly helpful with water bills and determining if there were leaks in the property over the billing period.
