1. Inspection/Property Not Syncing To Inspection Manager
If you do not have an inspection scheduled on the property in PropertyTree, the first thing you should do is schedule an inspection and set it to Confirmed status.
If you do have an inspection scheduled on the Property in PropertyTree and you have run a sync and the property is not showing up, firstly check and ensure the following:
- There is a Property Manager assigned to the Business Roles section of the property.
- The inspection is in Confirmed status. (No other statuses will sync to Inspection Manager)
- The date falls between 7 days in the past or up to 60 days in the future of the current date.
2. Invalid Data
If you have ensured that everything in step 1 is correct and the inspection/property is still not syncing to Inspection Manager then navigate to the PropertyTree tab on the Inspection Manager website and check for any invalid data on the table half way down the screen with a Red banner.
Invalid data can be any one of the following:
Property Manager Conflicts - Any properties in this list will have a user assigned as the Property Manager in PropertyTree Business Roles, however that user will have an email that does not exist or does not match the email of the user that does exist in Inspection Manager.
Invalid Data - Any properties in this list will have in valid data such as Empty/Invalid Postcode or State. If you see the error 'Agent Email Missing' this indicates that the property does not have a Property Manager assigned in the Business Roles section of the property.
Exceed Plan Limit - Any properties in this list will not sync over until additional room is created in your Inspection Manager account by either deactivating properties you no longer look after or upgrading your Inspection Manager plan.
