​STEP 1: Search for the property using the top search bar, then click on the result of your choosing.

STEP 2: Then click on the 'Edit' pencil to the right of the property to enter the property profile.

STEP 3: Then click on the 'Merge Property' button at the top right of the Property Profile.

​STEP 4: Type to search for the property you wish ot merge with then once selected click the green 'Merge' option.

STEP 5: If there is any differences in the property address they will show up here, once you check the details and want to proceed click 'Yes'.

​STEP 6: There will then be one final pop up which will allow you to cancel or proceed before the merge takes place which you should click 'OK' to proceed.

Then click 'OK' on the final Confirmation pop up that states that 'Two properties were merged successfully.'

Once two properties have been merged together there will be a 'Unmerge' option when editing the remaining properties property profile. You are able to undo the merge if needed if a mistake was made.
