Asset Management - Inspection Manager App

You can now efficiently add, edit, delete and recover assets for properties managed through the Inspection Manager App. Any changes to assets are synchronised across both the CMS and Mobile Application, ensuring consistency in Inspection Reports and across all platforms. A confirmation message will prompt you when attempting to delete an area with existing assets, and restored assets are automatically updated across all relevant views and reports, including Property Layout and TAI Reports. This update streamlines asset management, helping you maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all assets.

Asset Management - Inspection Manager CMS

Property Managers can now add, edit, view and archive assets directly within inspection reports. This update allows for comprehensive management of assets for each property area during the inspection editing phase. You can add new assets with detailed fields such as manufacturer, model, and maintenance cycle, along with the ability to upload and manage images. Existing assets can be reviewed, updated or archived based on their status, with user-friendly interface elements like view and edit icons, asset tables and an intuitive pop-up for adding new assets.

Asset Management: 'Assets' Tab in Inspection Manager Dashboard

There is a 'Assets' tab in the IM dashboard, designed to streamline the review process for assets submitted by tenants and property managers. This section allows you to easily review, approve or reject pending assets, with a built-in duplicate asset identification system that tags potential duplicates. Simply hover over the 'Duplicate' tag to view tooltip information and click to review the assets in detail. The system compares key asset details like area, name, manufacturer, model and barcode, allowing you to approve, merge or reject duplicates with confidence. A confirmation popup ensures final actions are deliberate and all changes are seamlessly reflected in associated reports and layouts. Manage your assets more efficiently with this robust new tool!
