We are beginning to deploy the first version of this feature on September 12th. The next couple of weeks are packed with more improvements and features that will be added to the platform automatically for you, and we expect this product to be a real improvement for your agency as it keeps evolving. Step 1: You must first search for the property using the search bar located at the top of the CMS.
Step 2: Then select the 'Edit' pencil icon on the right of the property to enter into edit mode.
Step 3: Then click on the 'Virtual Tour' tab.
Step 4: If any Virtual Tours have been conducted on the property then you will see them listed here.
There is two statuses for Virtual tours.
Published: Any Virtual Tour in 'Published' status means that the virtual tour has been published and can be viewed by outside sources that have access to the inspection report such as Landlords and Tenants.
You are also able to use the drop down arrow on the right of the 'Preview Virtual Tour' option to obtain the 'Virtual Tour Link' or 'Extend Expiry Date'.
Expired: Virtual Tours in 'Expired' status are no longer able to be viewed by outside sources.
You are also able to use the drop down arrow on the right of the 'Preview Virtual Tour' option to 'Extend Virtual Tour Timer' which will republish the selected Virtual Tour and then the outside sources would be able to view the Virtual Tour again from the associated link.
Logs: You are able to view User logs to see the history of the 'Virtual Tour', for instance who it was created by and also who extends the timer if it was expired.
