Create Virtual Tours in the new Inspection Manager App
You can now create Virtual Tours via the 360 Inspection option when accessing inspections via the new Inspection Manager app. The new AI feature will assist you by analysing any 360 photo taken to automatically populate comments, conditions and detect any assets associated with an area. You will also have the ability to manually edit the details of the 360 photo taken before finalising and syncing the 360 inspection to create an amazing Virtual Tour to include in your inspection reports for your landlords and tenants.
View and Edit your Virtual Tours via the Inspection Manager CMS
We’re thrilled to announce that inspection reports now include a Virtual Tour link and 360° images directly within the Conditions section. These interactive elements can be viewed in both editable and non-editable formats, as well as in the PDF version of the report. Tenants conducting Paperless ingoing inspections can seamlessly access Virtual Tours and 360° images. Property managers, admins can manage and tenants can view the virtual tours across all types of inspections, ensuring comprehensive and efficient property evaluations.
Manage your Virtual Tours with Ease via the Property Profile
You will be able to view, manage and share virtual tours for properties directly within Inspection Manager. Property Managers can now navigate to the "Virtual Tours" sub-tab in the Property Details section to preview, publish, delete or restore virtual tours. You can also share virtual tours externally, manage their status (Drafted, Published, Expired) and update their expiry dates as needed. These updates provide a cohesive and efficient way to handle property virtual tours, enhancing both workflow and external communication.
