Note: You will need to have an email template set up for this option, please click on This Link to be shown step by step instructions.
STEP 1: You must first search for the property using the search bar located at the top of the CMS.
STEP 2: Then select the 'Edit' pencil icon on the right of the property to enter into edit mode.
STEP 3: Click on the 'Virtual Tour' tab to see any Virtual Tours listed for the property.
STEP 4: The option 'Share Virtual Tour' will show only for 'Published' Virtual Tours. Simply click the drop-down arrow on the right and click 'Share Virtual Tour'.
If your Virtual Tour is in 'Drafted' status please click the drop-down arrow on the right and click 'Publish Virtual Tour'.
Then select the 'Virtual Tour Expiry Date' and 'Time' then click 'Publish'.
STEP 5: You will then be presented with the following pop up, just click 'Confirm' to proceed.
STEP 6: You will then need to select who you would like to send the report from.
'Me' will email from your own login.
'Property Manager(s)' will email from the property manager that is on the property in Inspection Manager, useful if an assistant is emailing on behalf of the property manager.
'Select A User' will email from another user in your office. You will see another drop-down appear if you select this option.
'Office Email' will email from a saved office email within your office's CMS settings. This can be found under 'Settings > General Settings Tab > Email Settings' section. You will also see another drop-down if this option is selected.
Once you have selected who you would like to send the report from you can then click the drop-down 'Select Email Template' and select the template you wish to use.
(If you do not have an email template set up for your account navigate to 'Settings>Email Templates' and proceed to set up an Email Template).
Once you have selected your email template you are able to leave it as it is or you can make manually added edits to the email by clicking the green 'Edit' option.
You can choose to select the checkbox for 'BCC me?' if you wish to receive a copy of the email being sent.
Once you are happy with the selections you have made you can click 'Send Email' to send the email.
