Please note that in the first phase of this feature you will not be able to edit information on the Tenant Action Report on the CMS. This ability will be released in the second phase.
How to View the Tenant Action Report
Step 1: To view the Tenant Action Report, simply click on the drop-down arrow on the right of any Completed status inspection that had Tenant Actions applied to it during the inspection Process on the app, and click 'Tenant Action Report'
Step 2: You will have the following options on the 'Tenant Action Report'
Download Media - This option will allow you to download the photos by area in bulk to a ZIP folder to your Downloads folder.
Print - This option will allow you to print a paper copy of the Tenant Action Report
Download - This option will download a PDF copy of the Tenant Action Report to your Downloads folder.
Send - This option will allow you to email the Tenant Action Report to your applied Tenant.
How to Email the Tenant Action Report to the Tenant
Prerequisite: Ensure that you have a Tenant Action Report Email Template set up under 'Settings>Email Templates'

You will then need to select who you would like to send the report from.
'Me' will email from your own login.
'Property Manager(s)' will email from the property manager that is on the property in Inspection Manager, useful if an assistant is emailing on behalf of the property manager.
'Select A User' will email from another user in your office. You will see another drop-down appear if you select this option.
'Office Email' will email from a saved office email within your office's CMS settings. This can be found under 'Settings > General Settings Tab > Email Settings' section. You will also see another drop-down if this option is selected.
Once you have selected who you would like to send the report from you can then click the drop-down 'Select Email Template' and select the template you wish to use.
(If you do not have an email template set up for your account navigate to 'Settings>Email Templates' and proceed to set up an Email Template).
Once you have selected your email template you are able to leave it as it is or you can make manually added edits to the email by clicking the green 'Edit' option.
You can choose to select the checkbox for 'BCC me?' if you wish to receive a copy of the email being sent.
Once you are happy with the selections you have made you can click 'Send Email' to send the email to the landlord.
