Please note: This functionality will be available in the app in a future release. Currently, it is only accessible through the CMS.
Step 1: You must first search for the property using the search bar located at the top of the CMS.
Step 2: Then select the 'Edit' pencil icon on the right of the property to enter into edit mode.
Step 3: Below the 'Property Details' you will find a section called 'Pets'.
In this section there will be an option 'Property includes pet(s)' with a checkbox which is deselected by default.
Once the checkbox is ticked you will see the following options:
Dangerous Pet(s) - Once ticked this will indicate that the pet associated with this property is considered dangerous and should be avoided when attending the property.
(On the app when on the property profile this will be indicated by a red paw icon)
Pet Description - This section allows you to add a comment up to 500 characters in length describing the pets or anything pet related, this description will display on the 'Pets' section on the APP in an upcoming update.
Pet Image(s) - This last section allows you to add up to 10 images of the pets or anything pet related that you would want to view from the app when conducting future inspections.
If any changes are made to the pets information please be sure to click the 'Save Property' option at the bottom right of the property profile.
