About applying LID to an integration-created inspection
Integration-created inspections are typically generated automatically from a connected system and often appear in a Pending state in the Inspection Manager web portal until they are ready to be performed.
Applying Last Inspection Data (LID) lets you copy information from a closed inspection to a pending inspection, including conditions, comments, and media (photos).
Note: You can only copy Last Inspection Data from inspections that are in Closed status.
Before you begin
These checks help avoid the most common “I cannot see the inspection to copy from” issues.
Confirm the inspection you want to copy from is closed
If you cannot see LID options, confirm your office has LID enabled
Find the integration-created inspection you want to update
First, locate the property and open the inspection in edit mode to apply LID.
Go to: Inspections on the left-side menu
Locate the property with the Closed inspection you want to copy data from
Use the search bar to find the property for the integration-created inspection
Select View Inspection(s) for the property
Select the Edit (pencil) icon next to the Pending inspection
Apply last inspection data (LID) to the pending inspection
Once the inspection is open, choose the closed inspection you want to copy from, then select what to bring over.
In Edit Inspection, update the following:
(Optional) Update the Inspector
Select the Type of inspection (Ingoing, Routine or Outgoing
(Optional) Update the Date and Time
In the Clone inspection from search box, type the property address with the closed inspection
Use the Select dropdown to select a previous inspection
Select the Conditions, comments and media (photos) if available
Select Save to apply the LID selections to the integration-created inspection
Refresh the mobile app to sync the changes
After saving, refresh your inspection list in the mobile app so the updated inspection data appears.
Open the Inspection Manager app
Refresh the inspection list to populate the changes (for example, by pulling down to refresh)
