Note: Only users with the Office Manager role can access User Settings.
If you cannot see this area, ask an Office Manager to complete these steps
Reactivating a suspended user restores access by changing the user’s status back to Active
Note: If the user was suspended while inspections were still in progress, ensure the right team member can access any required work before reactivating.
Activate a suspended user
Use the Inactive filter to find suspended users, then update the user’s status in the Edit User panel.
Select Settings from the left menu
Select User Settings
To the right of Search Username, open the Status drop-down
Select Inactive
Find the user in the list
Select the Edit (pencil) icon for that user
In Role & Devices, open the Status drop-down
Select Active
Select Save to apply the change
Tip: If you cannot find the user under Inactive, try searching by the user’s email address, or confirm the correct spelling of the username.
Confirm the user is active
After saving, switch the list filter back to Active to confirm the user appears in the active user list.
In User Settings, open the Status drop-down (next to Search Username)
Select Active
Confirm the user is listed
