This article will show you how to send a maintenance request using an email received from a tenant or owner.

STEP 1: On the main dashboard select "+ Job Post" and click 'Email from a tenant or owner.'

STEP 2: Drag and drop the email you have received from your tenant or owner from your inbox to your desktop and then drag the email attachment into Bricks + Agent. Once uploaded, the fields will instantly populate the details of the maintenance request.

STEP 3: You can still edit the details by clicking the πŸ–‹οΈ icon. Once done, you can go ahead and click 'Next' and assign a trade, Ask for Approval or Save as Draft.
