The Bricks + Agent Platform includes a number of advanced features for managing workflows.
Request for Work Order & Quote
Job Edit - You can make changes to any information you've entered in a work order or a quote request that has been sent to trade. Anything with a blue icon, such as the title, description, budgets, and attachments, can be edited.
Re-Award Job - You can reassign jobs to a different trade. Using the re-award function, you can switch work orders from one trade to another and convert work orders into quote requests or strata/external jobs.
Clone - The clone function is accessible via the 'More' button. This allows you to duplicate the existing information in this job and resubmit it as a new job.
Deactivate Job - The deactivate job function is accessible via the 'More' button.
We automatically notify trades when jobs are cancelled. However, if you do not want this email to be sent, click 'Stop notification and email' and select who you do not want to notify.
Switch Job - Under the 'More' button, you can also switch jobs from paid to warranty and vice versa.
Invoice Pending - The Invoice Pending function can be used if the job has already been completed and the invoice is awaiting approval to notify the trade to submit the invoice.
Partial payment - For work orders, if a deposit is required for a larger job to be issued. The partial Payment function can be found under the 'More' button.
