[PM] Workflows: Deactivating a Job

Jobs can be deactivated at any stage before a trade completes the job.

To deactivate a job follow the steps below.

STEP 1: Go into the job card for the job you wish to deactivate and click the "More" button at the bottom and then select "Deactivate Job".

STEP 2: You will then be required to put a reason for the deactivation into the box that appears and select "Yes". You can choose for your reason to not be shared with the owner, tenant and trade by toggling on the 'stop notifications and emails' button. This will ensure the reason is not sent to them.

STEP 3: Finally, you will be asked again if you're sure you want to deactivate the job. Once a job has been deactivated it cannot be opened again so this is to make sure you're 100% certain you still want to proceed. Once hitting yes your job will now be deactivated.

Silently Close a Job

Property Managers can silently close a job. Enable the "Stop notification and emails" toggle in the cancellation tab and select a user type/s to stop communication.
