Here are the Individual Property Manager Settings to check once you gain access to the Brick + Agent Platform are as follows:
1. Configuration of the User Profile
You can access the User Profile Settings by clicking on the gear icon on the left-hand side of the page and selecting 'User Profile Settings,' where you will see the details synced across from your agency's trust accounting software. Ensure that the email address, phone number, and name have been correctly synced. You can always change the information and click 'Save Profile.'
2. Communication Preference
Email is enabled by default for communication, and we recommend leaving it that way for the first few months while you get used to the Bricks + Agent platform. Finally, if you want to reduce the number of email notifications you receive, toggle any of these off and then click 'Save.'
3. Property Manager Configuration: Agency Configuration
Under Property Manager Settings, you can enable e-signature on email templates and upload your email signature image, so that when you send an email to your tenants or trades, it will include your email signature.
