Understanding Inspection Tab Filters
Updated this week

Every time you log in to the Inspection Manager CMS, you will land on the Inspections Tab.

This article will help you understand how to use the Inspections Tab Filters that are at the top of this page.

1. The first buttons allow you to quickly select one or more inspection types. These toggle buttons are all unselected when you load this page up, as we make sure that all inspection types are shown by default.

Selecting the two below will display only Ingoing and Routine inspections on screen.

2. The same applies to the toggle buttons just below. 'Today' would display inspections with today's date while 'Tomorrow' would display inspections with tomorrow's date.

3. You can also search for inspections between a certain date range. Just enter a 'From' date and a 'To' date and then hit the 'Go' button.

4. Above the date range search, you will see a 'Status' drop-down. This will allow you to search for inspections that are in a certain status.

To learn more about specific Inspection Manager Statuses and what they mean, please click on the following link to open the article in another tab: Inspection Manager Statuses

5. To the right of the status drop-down, there will be an Inspector search box, allowing you to search for inspections according to the assigned inspector. You must type the name and then select the name from the list that appears, then click on the 'Go' button at the end. If you do not select the name, you will not get any results. What it should look like:

6. The Suburb search below works with the same requirements.

Type Suburb, select from the list, and hit 'Go'

7. The Manager search to the right of this also follows the same search requirements.

πŸ“ Note: ALL Inspection Tab Filters can be stacked to help you be as specific as you need to be in order to display the Inspections you wish to display.
