1. Getting Started
Updated over a year ago

It is important to understand the relationship between the CMS and the Apps. The Apps display inspections that are created on the CMS, either manually or by an integration sync.

Inspections are conducted and then synced from the Apps back to the CMS.

So in simple terms, it is CMS > App > CMS.

STEP 1: The first step is making sure the inspection you need exists on the property on the CMS.

If you have an integration setup for your office, this should be creating the inspection automatically. If you don't have an integration setup, then you need to create your inspection manually.

STEP 2: Next is refreshing the inspection list on your App either by signing out and back in again or by pulling down your inspection list.

Doing this will update your App with the latest information from the CMS including any new or updated inspections.

πŸ“ Note: The Apps do not automatically download new data, you need to trigger it manually by refreshing your inspection list.

STEP 3: Once inspections are completed and synced, you go back to the CMS to view, edit if needed, then close and email or download your inspection report.
