About tenant E-Cards

Tenant E-Cards let your office send a branded email to a tenant after a routine inspection is completed and synced from the mobile app to the CMS.


Enable tenant E-Cards for routine inspections

Before tenants can receive E-Cards, the feature must be enabled in the CMS.

  • Go to: Settings on the left-hand menu

  • Scroll to the Email Settings section

  • Turn on Enable E-Card to tenant on routine completion

Once enabled, any non-TAI routine inspection that has been completed and synced from the device back to the CMS will automatically send an E-Card to the main tenant on the tenancy.


Customise the E-Card design

After enabling the feature, you can customise the E-Card’s appearance to match your office branding.

  • Go to: Settings on the left-hand menu

  • Select E-card

  • Select Edit

  • Update the E-Card design as needed:

    • Change the accent colour

    • Change the text colour

    • Upload or replace the logo

    • Select a background image

  • Select Save when you have finished

Tip: If your office has strict brand guidelines, use approved HEX colour values when updating the accent and text colours.

  • (Optional) Enter your email address to send yourself a test and see how the E-Card will appear


Update the E-Card message

You can also change the message that appears on the E-Card sent to tenants.

  • Go to: Settings on the left-hand menu

  • Select E-card

  • Select Edit

  • Locate the text area in the E-Card preview

  • Edit the default message to suit your office communication style

  • Select Save
