Setting up Tenant E-Card
Updated over a month ago

This feature will inform your tenants via email once a routine inspection has been first synced to the Inspection Manager CMS from the APP.

Step 1: To enable this feature, you need to log in to the CMS, click on 'Settings' and scroll down to the 'Email Settings' section, then enable the 'Enable Emails to Tenant on Routine Completion' switch.

  • Once enabled, any non-TAI routine inspection that has been conducted will have an E-Card automatically emailed to the main tenant on the tenancy when you complete and sync the inspection from your device back to the CMS.

Step 2. Once enabled, you can also customise the E-Card for your office by clicking on the 'Settings' tab in the CMS and then clicking on 'E-card'. By default, the accent colour, font colour, and logo are automatically copied from your office's settings.

However, if you wish to change this you can by clicking the 'Edit' button at the bottom of the screen.

  • To edit the accent or font colours, simply click their coloured box and then add in your colour codes.

  • To change the logo that appears, simply click anywhere within the logo window and then select a logo to upload.

We have included 5 different background images that you can select from. Use the arrow keys to browse through the images or upload your own at the end.

Step 3. Lastly, the text that gets sent with the E-Card can be customised. The default text that exists when enabling this option is shown below. If you wish to change this, simply click in the box and change the text.

Step 4. Once done hit 'Save.'

Once a non-TAI routine inspection has been synced, the tenant will receive the E-Card informing them of the inspection being conducted. This will only be sent once per inspection and only on the first sync from the app to the CMS, any subsequent syncs of the same inspection will not trigger further E-Cards to be sent.
