How to Apply Thumbs Up (Good Condition Codes) in Bulk on APP
When conducting an Ingoing or Outgoing inspection on the Inspection Manager APP, you have an option at the top of each area to tap a 'Tumbs Up' icon. This icon once tapped will apply good condition codes to all items within that one area.
How to Apply Thumbs Up (Good Condition Codes) in Bulk on CMS
When you are in 'Edit' mode on Routine/Ingoing/Outgoing inspections, you will have a 'Thumbs Up' 👍 icon sitting in the Area heading box. The function of this is to mark all of the Condition Code Items in that Area for Ingoing/Outgoing inspections and all the Areas on Routine Inspections as being Good/Clean or Clean/Undamaged depending on State Legislation.
Such a simple feature can really improve your efficiency.
Example: Take a larger 5 Bedroom Property with 18 Areas for example, it may have on average around 143 Items within those Areas combined, with each Item needing 2 Condition Codes marked off at a minimum. Using the 👍 Thumbs Up feature means you will not need to change 286 Condition Codes but rather only 18 using the 👍 Thumbs Up feature.
