Once you've synced your inspection from the App, you can find it on the CMS in Completed status.

It will appear on the page or if you use the search box at the top of the CMS.
Then the inspection will show under the property itself.
It is always advisable to review your inspections before sending them off to make sure that all of your data has been entered correctly but also to make sure it has synced across correctly. To do this, simply locate your inspection and click on 'View Report'
Then double-check that all of the information on the report is correct.
You can edit the report if you find any information to be missing or incorrect, directly from the computer.
Just click the 'Edit' icon that will be at the top of every page if you wish to make changes.
The report will autosave as you are making changes however, be sure to click on the 'Done' icon once you are finished.
While in Edit mode, you can also make changes to the property layout. This is a little known ability as it is floating vertically along the right side of the page, so it can be hard to notice at times. Any layout changes made here will reflect directly on the report you are editing but also update the layout of the property itself for any future inspections.
Once you are happy with your report you will need to click on the 'Done' icon.
Then close off by clicking on the 'Close Inspection' icon.
When closing a report off you will see a bar appear at the top of the page like so. It will display the inspectors signature if this has been added, the date of signature you wish to apply, the date inspection completed and and give you the option to email now.
Selecting email now will highlight that button in blue, give you a drop-down menu to select who to send the report from and display an email preview window. It will show you the landlord name and email that the report will be sent to, give you an option to add another email to send the report to, BCC yourself (recommended so you have a copy), allow you to select an email template from the drop-down menu and edit the email before sending it off.
Once you've sent it off you will see a congratulations banner appear at the top of the page. This means the report was successfully sent off and is now in a closed status, the final stage of an inspections life cycle.
