Moving Images from Area/Item to Area/Item one by one
Edit the report and locate the photo that you want to move, select the drop-down arrow on the photo heading then select the area or item that you want to move it to.
For Routine inspections, you will only have areas available to select from.
For Ingoing/Outgoing inspections, you will need to move to another area and another item.
The top dropdown will reassign the area.
The second dropdown will select the item within that area to assign it to.
You must assign both before you save the photo and the photo is reassigned.
Moving Images from Area/Item to Area/Item in Bulk
STEP 1: Firstly, look for the following icon at the top of the page while you are editing your report on the Website.
STEP 2: Once that icon is clicked, each image in the media section of the report will have a checkbox at the top left so you can select them to move to a different area/item on the report.
As you select the images you want to move, you will see thumbnails and a count of how many images have been selected at the bottom of the screen
STEP 3: Click the green 'Reassign' button at the bottom right of your screen to trigger the popup.
Select the area and item that you would like to assign the images to, (or the area only if you are editing a routine inspection), and click confirm. The page will reload with your changes applied.
