How to Add a Tenant Action Request on the Inspection Manager App
STEP 1: Tap the 'Broom' icon to begin the process of adding a Tenant Action Request.
STEP 2: The 'Area/Item' name will be filled in automatically based on the Area/Item that the 'Broom' icon was tapped for.
You can proceed to fill in the 'Comment' field which is Mandatory.
Then either toggle the switch for 'This is a major issue' if you wish for the Action Request to be flagged on the final report as a Major Issue.
By default the switch for 'Add comment/photos to the report' is toggled on and can be switched off, this will apply the comment and photos added to the current Action Request to the Area/Item that the 'Broom' icon was tapped for.
Tap on the 'Attachments' option to add photos from your camera or photo gallery.
Then tap 'Create'.
STEP 3: At the bottom of the inspection you can tap the option 'View Tenant Actions' to vioew all Tenant Action Requests added to the current inspection.
