In the past, Comments would be saved within the same section on an Item or Area, with individual Comments separated by a:

Any reports that were created prior to 07/04/2022, will still display Comments in the legacy view shown below.

Adding & displaying Comments on reports is now easier, cleaner and simpler.

When you are editing/adding a Comment to an Item/Area, if you hit the Enter or Return key on your keyboard, it will jump to the next row.

If you wish to add a new Comment on the same Item/Area, simply hit the SHIFT + Enter or Return key or tap the blue + icon on the right-hand side.

Once you have clicked on Done at the top of the report so that you are viewing the report, the Comments are numbered accordingly, making it easier to discuss specific Comments on a report.

The Apps follow the same Comment structure, so if two Comments arrive from an App during a sync, they will display as two Comments on the report and be numbered accordingly.
