Updated over a week ago

Note: Each section will be locked until you click "I ACKNOWLEDGE." This is a step-by-step process, so you need to finish the previous step to progress to the next part of the report.

Clicking the link will open the first page of the report, which will require you to acknowledge that all the information is correct.

You should make sure that the Property Address, Tenant Name(s), and Lease Start and end Dates are all correct. If they are incorrect, please stop and contact Support.

If they are correct, then click on "I ACKNOWLEDGE" to continue.

The second section displays all the information regarding Utilities on the Property as well as State Legislative checks that need to be done by the Property Manager. You as a Tenant have the option to either Agree or Disagree with the 'Other Safety Issues' on the Property.

The next section will display the Property layout. You need to go through and either Agree or Disagree with the condition of an Area/Item.

If you Disagree with the condition of an Area, you will have the opportunity to add Comments and photos for that particular item.

Before you can add Comments and photos, you need to tick "N" on the condition code beside the tenant comments fields.

To attach photos, click the green camera icon, then select photos on your device and click "open" to attach them to the report. (Image file types should be JPG or PNG only)

After adding a photo, a blue circle icon will appear under the camera icon. You can click them to view the photos you have attached.

The last section of the report. Beside each photo are the comments added by the Property Manager.

Before finalising and signing the inspection report, you will be asked to add any additional comments in case you wish to add anything further.

To finalise the report, you must sign the report by simply clicking the "CLICK TO SIGN" inside the box on the left side of the screen.

After clicking "CLICK TO SIGN", a pop-up window will appear. You can then draw your signature on the screen, then click "Save".

Then click "Confirm" to apply your signature to every page.

Once signed you will see your signature with time and date stamp as well as IP information.

After signing, please allow the page to finish loading.
