To reset your password on the App, you must make sure that the password field is showing first. The password field appears only after adding an email to the email field.

Tap on Forgot? confirm that your email address is correct, then tap on OK.


A notification will appear informing you that a reset password email has been sent to you.

You will receive a reset password email with a link to reset your password. When resetting your password, it must comply with our minimum password requirements.

It must be at least 8 characters long, and have one Symbol, one Capital Letter, and one Number.

So an example would be: Example!23
