If your landlord or tenants are not receiving the emailed copies of your reports being sent through the Inspection Manager, there is likely an issue with your Sender Policy Framework (SPF).

To resolve the issue, all you need to do is contact your IT department and have them add the following records to your domain to authenticate it.
