Setting up Paperless Ingoing

To initiate your Paperless Activation you must first fill in the form by clicking the 'Paperless Request Form' button πŸ‘‡

Our team will then receive this request, check your Office, and see what is required to be done next.

πŸ“ In order for Paperless Ingoings to be activated, a few things must be done beforehand. Skipping any step will cause problems down the line with emails either not being sent to or received by the tenant.

  1. Emails enabled

  2. SPF records added

  3. Training watched

  4. Paperless enabled


1. Emails Enabled

Emails must be enabled within your Office Settings. Without this, you will not be able to email any inspection from Inspection Manager. To check this, log in to the CMS and click on 'Settings', then 'Paperless Handover'.

2. SPF Record Added

SPF records will also need to be added to your domain records. The reason for this is so that any emails that are sent from Inspection Manager, will not be flagged as Spam/Junk.

If the SPF records are not added, there is a high change that your Tenants will not receive their Paperless Ingoing. Your IT can assist with this.

3. Training Watched

Training is needed as the Paperless system is quite a large feature. You can watch the recoded webinar session by following the link below.

4. Paperless Enabled

Please contact our support team via chat or email to request and ensure that the paperless Ingoing feature is activasted for your account.
