Performing Inspections
Updated over 10 months ago

Once you have tapped 'Perform Inspection' you will arrive at a screen with all areas and general details available.

Each of these sections is a dropdown that will allow you to add details for the area.Tapping will open up a small console where you can add photos (by tapping the camera icon). conditions (by tapping the condition circles) or comments (by tapping the message icon).

Once you have taken a photo, you can tap any areas of concern to tag them and add a comment that will be attached to the report.

When you start to add general comments on the room, the predictive phrase dictionary will give you a few options for pre-prepared phrases that you can tap to use. This will save time and make your reports appear more detailed. You can click here for more information about predictive phrasing and how to use it.

To mark the condition of the room you have a couple of options. If everything is OK you can tap the thumbs up icon which will automatically mark the condition as satisfactory and indicate on the report that no action is required by the landlord or tenant.

You can work through each room one by one and check the progress of each area on the right of your screen.

When you're done, you can tap 'Sync Now' if you wish to sync it to the CMS right away, or you can tap 'Sync Later' at the bottom of the inspection if you're still out of the office so that the inspection will be located within the 'Sync' page on the home page of your app.

This is so you can sync the inspection(s) when you get back to the office.

Then you can finalise them through the CMS.
