To access Key Automate, you will need to have Bricks + Agent enabled. From there, you can select the key icon on the left hand side menu to view your Key Automate dashboard.

The dashboard has a very simple and user friendly design, colour coded to easily identify the key status.

Understanding the colour coding status:

Green - Checked in keys that are currently in your key cabinet

Yellow - Your checked out keys

Blue - Ready to collect keys

Orange - Overdue Keys

Red - Any keys flagged as missing

By clicking on each status button, Key Automate will filter out all the keys and only display those that match the selected status.

You can also filter by the booking date to easily view your upcoming key status's.

To search for a key, you can utilise the search box and either search by property address, key or borrower, this will then bring up the key details where you can see the current status of the selected key.
