If syncing fails, the system defaults to “Other” with a helpful note: "Synced from Inspection Manager." This update ensures effortless tracking and better coordination, making your key management process smarter and more efficient.

Key Automate now allows you to create and manage Key Labels for streamlined key organisation. Property Managers can generate key copies linked to original keys and assign custom labels like "Master," "Tenant," or agency-specific names. These labels can be added, edited, and deleted in the "Settings" section, offering full control over your key organisation.
Key details, including labels, are reflected across the system in the Virtual Key Cabinet, Quick View pop-up, Key Details Drawer, and Check-in/Check-out drawers. This update enhances visibility, simplifies workflows, and ensures efficient key handling, making your daily operations smoother and more effective.
✨ Automatic Removal of Expired Bookings
Key Automate now ensures expired bookings no longer appear in the "Booked Date(s)" section or search results, improving your key management efficiency. Once a booking's check-in date has passed and the key remains unchecked, the system automatically removes it, keeping your workflow focused on current and future bookings.
This enhancement applies to both the Key Detail drawer and search/filter functions, allowing you to view only active or upcoming bookings. By eliminating outdated entries, this feature streamlines your key management tasks and reduces unnecessary distractions.
✨ Alphabetic-Numeric Key Sorting in Virtual Key Cabinet
The Virtual Key Cabinet in Key Automate has been improved to make the key organisation more logical and user-friendly. Keys are now automatically sorted in Alphabetic-Numeric order, with those starting with letters displayed first in alphabetical order, followed by keys starting with numbers in ascending numerical order.
This update ensures a smoother search and retrieval experience, helping you quickly find the keys you need.

Key Automate now features a dedicated Activity Timeline for each key, logging all actions in detail for easy reference. Property managers will receive real-time email notifications whenever key bookings are updated or cancelled. This streamlined communication ensures smooth tracking and transparency for all key-related transactions.
✨ Custom Key Borrower Management in Key Automate
Key Automate introduces a new feature that allows Property Managers to independently add, edit, and delete custom key borrowers directly within the app. These borrowers can seamlessly borrow and return keys like synced users. The new "Manage Key Borrowers" tab provides an intuitive interface to manage and filter custom borrowers, streamlining the key lending process. Custom borrowers will be marked with an "External" user role and will not be synced with the Trust system, ensuring flexibility and control over key management operations.
