About AI summary and comparison
AI Summary and Comparison add an AI-generated summary of key findings and a comparison view when the report data supports it (for example, changes since the last inspection where data is available).
When to use this setting
Use this setting to control whether AI summary content appears in generated inspection reports for your account.
Note: Only users with the Office Manager user role can change this setting.
Turn AI summary and comparison on or off
You can enable or disable AI Summary and Comparison from your Reporting settings. Once you change the toggle, the setting updates immediately.
Go to: Settings on the left-hand menu
Scroll to the Reporting section
Under AI Summary & Comparison, switch the toggle:
On to include an AI-generated summary and a comparison view (when available)
Off to exclude AI summary content from reporting
Note: There is no Save button. When you switch the toggle on or off, the setting saves automatically.
Understand how comparison results work
Comparison output depends on whether Inspection Manager has enough prior inspection data for the property.
Note: If comparison information is not available for a property, the comparison output may be limited.
Tip: If you expect a comparison and do not see much detail, check whether the property has a previous inspection report with comparable data.
