Pet details let you record whether a property has pets, note any safety concerns, and store a description and images for future inspections.


View pet details for a property

To view pet details:

  • Search for the property using the search bar at the top of the page

  • On the property row, select the Edit (pencil) icon to open the property in edit mode

  • Scroll to the Pets section under Property Details

  • Select the Property includes pet(s) checkbox

  • Review the pet fields:

    • Property includes pet(s) (tick box)

    • Dangerous pet(s) (tick box)

    • Pet Description (text)

    • Pet Image(s) (uploads)


Add or update pet details

Use these steps to record pets for the property or update existing pet information.

  • In the Pets section, tick Property includes pet(s)

  • (Optional) If relevant, tick Dangerous pet(s) to flag safety risk during inspections

Note: The app will show a red paw icon on the property profile when a pet is marked as dangerous.

  • In Pet Description, enter a short description (up to 500 characters

  • (Optional) Under Pet Image(s), add images using Drag & Drop or browse

Note: You can add up to 10 images.

  • Select Save Property (bottom-right of the property profile)

Tip: If you navigate away without saving, your updates may be lost.
