Use Account Settings in the Inspection Manager CMS (web portal) to manage your organisation’s office details, contacts, branding logo, and HTML report colour codes.
Note: This section is available only to users with the Office Manager role.
Update office details
Update your business and office information, such as trading name, legal name, address, phone number, time zone, and website.
Select Settings in the left-hand menu
Select Account Settings
Select Office Details
Update any of the following fields as needed:
Office Name (Trading Name)
Legal Business Name
Address (including suburb/city, state, postcode, country)
Office Phone Number and Office Fax Number
Timezone
Company Website
Select Save Changes
Tip: Confirm the selected Time zone matches where most inspections are performed, especially if you operate across regions.
Update contact details (main, billing and technical)
Use the Contacts tab to add or update your key contacts and their details.
In Account Settings, select Contacts
In Main Contact, enter or update the contact details (for example, name, phone, job title, email)
Select Save in the Main Contact section
Repeat for Billing Contact and Technical Contact, selecting Save in each section
Note: If your organisation uses different people for billing and technical support, keep these sections separate to avoid delays with invoices or support requests.
Upload a new logo
Upload a logo to apply your branding to reports. The system supports JPG and PNG formats.
In Account Settings, select Logo / Colour Codes
In the Logo area, select the logo section to upload a new file
Choose a JPG or PNG file, then upload it
Select Save Changes
Tip: Use a high-resolution PNG if your logo has transparent areas, so it looks clean on reports.
Update HTML report colour codes
Use colour pickers or hex codes to customise the HTML report theme (for example, agency name colour, address colour, accents, and icon colours).
In Account Settings, select Logo / Colour Codes
Under HTML Report, select a colour box next to the element you want to change (for example, Agency Name Colour)
Choose a colour using the colour palette, or enter a hex colour code (for example, #192A50)
Repeat for any other elements you want to change (for example, Address, Accent, Key, Dollar colours)
Select Save Changes to apply your updates
