AI Services is our biggest upgrade yet, bringing artificial intelligence into your inspections. At its core, it uses AI to analyse your photos and automatically generate clear, consistent comments to support your notes. Alongside this, it unlocks a suite of powerful tools, including ingoing comparison views, the ability to load past inspection data at any time, automatic syncing of photo comments into reports, and instant photo sharing straight from the app. For 360 inspections, AI processes images in the background while you keep moving, saving you even more time on-site.
How is AI Services different from 360 AI or my current workflow?

Previously, AI was mainly focused on processing 360 inspections. With AI Services, AI now supports all inspections, standard or 360. 360 inspections still get enhanced AI processing, but now your everyday workflows benefit too.

You just need to ensure you have the updated version of the Proptech Labs Property Manager app installed on your device.
AI Services is activated automatically. You’ll see the new features in your app right away.

Yes. From launch, we’ve activated AI Services for everyone so you can try it free throughout September. After the trial, it will stay on by default and become part of your plan unless you choose to switch it off in your settings.

This feature has currently been implemented for Ingoing and Outgoing inspections but will be coming to Routine inspections in a future update.
Does AI Services require internet to use?
Does AI Services require internet to use?
AI Services needs an internet connection to process photos and generate comments. If you’re working in a property with poor or no reception, you can still complete your inspection in offline mode. Once you’re back online, AI will automatically process your photos and generate the comments for you.

Do I need a 360 camera to use AI Services?
Do I need a 360 camera to use AI Services?
No. AI Services works with both standard and 360 inspections. A 360 camera is optional.
360 cameras are available through our hardware portal if you'd like to purchase one.
Are RFID readers or smart locks required?
Are RFID readers or smart locks required?
No. But they're also available through our hardware portal if you'd like to enhance your workflow.
Can I still use AI Services if I only do standard inspections without 360 images?

Yes. Our AI features are designed to also work for standard inspections, not just 360.
