About the Proptech Labs Property Manager app
Proptech Labs Property Manager is a mobile app for property managers to complete property inspections and manage maintenance requests from a phone or tablet. It includes features such as digital inspections (ingoing, routine, and outgoing), collaborative inspections, paperless tenant responses, voice input, branded reports, and integrations with trust accounting systems (as described in the App Store listing).

Download and install the app on Apple devices

Before you start
Check the following before installing:
You have an Apple ID and internet access
Your device meets the minimum requirements. The App Store listing states the app requires:
iPhone - iOS 16.6 or later
iPad - iPadOS 16.6 or later
Mac - macOS 13.5 or later, with Apple silicon (M1 or later)
Apple Vision - visionOS 1.0 or later
Tip: If your device cannot update to iOS or iPadOS 16.6, you will not be able to install this app. In that case, use a newer device or contact your administrator about device options.
Install the app
Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
Tap Search, then type Proptech Labs Property Manager
Select Proptech Labs Property Manager from the results
Tap Get, then authenticate (Face ID, Touch ID, or Apple ID password) if prompted
Wait for the installation to complete, then tap Open
Alternatively, you can open the App Store listing in a browser and install from there.
Download and install the app on Android devices

Open the Google Play Store on the Android device
Search for Proptech Labs Property Manager
Select Proptech Labs Property Manager (by Bricks and Agent)
Tap Install
Once installed, tap Open to launch the app
Alternatively, you can open the Google Play Store listing in a browser and install from there.
Allow required permissions (when prompted)
When you first use the app, iOS may ask you to allow permissions so the app can capture inspection content and support specific features.
Features commonly dependent on device access are highlighted, including voice input, attachment of inspection content, and 360° inspection capabilities. Additionally, there are updates on gallery permissions and 360 inspections.
When prompted, review the permission request shown on-screen
Select Allow for permissions you need for your workflows (for example, to capture photos, videos, or voice notes during inspections)
If you deny a permission and a feature does not work, open Settings on your device and update permissions for Proptech Labs Property Manager
