3. Property Profile Screen

The Property Profile Screen provides you with all the information that you need at a glance before starting your inspection.

It will list and allow the following:

  • Property Address with Map View available

  • Tenant Name & Mobile

  • Property Notes & Property Layout

  • Start your inspection

It is very easy to mistakenly conduct an inspection on the wrong property, particularly when dealing with apartments. If this happens, please contact our support and whatever you do, never delete our app without contacting our support first.

1. Property Address with Map View available

You can see the Property Address on the top left of the screen with an option to View Map as well, just to make sure you are starting the inspection on the correct address.

2. Tenant Name & Mobile

Below that you will see the Tenant Name. It is best to make sure that the correct tenant is associated with your inspection before beginning.


You can also Call (If using a mobile, not a tablet) or SMS your tenant directly from this screen. The tenant's mobile number is pulled directly from the CMS.

3. Property Notes & Property Layout

Below that you will see the Property Notes field. This field is directly linked to the Property Notes field that exists on every property on the CMS. If your mobile device has internet access at the time, then any information added to either the CMS or the App will be shared immediately.

You can also adjust the property layout from this screen as well, should you wish to do so before starting your inspection. The layout is automatically pulled from the property on the CMS.

4. Start your inspection

Once you are ready, simply tap on 'Perform Inspection' to be taken to the inspection.
