Step 1: To generate your FLK it over API key, you will need to log in to the CMS, click on 'Settings' and scroll down to the 'FLK It Over Setting' section, then toggle the switch 'ON' and then click 'Re-generate'.

Step 2: When prompted with the pop up 'Are you sure you want to regenerate your API key?' click 'Confirm' to then populate the API key.

Step 3: Select and copy the API key, we recommend to paste it in a document or note temporarily before dismissing the pop up.
​(Once you dismiss the following window, the only way to get it back is to Re-generate a new API key.)

Step 1: In FLK it over, navigate to your 'Settings' via the menu in the top left corner, then go to 'Integrations'.

Step 2: In the Inspection Manager section, use the checkbox to indicate your preference for linking Ingoing condition reports:

a. Tick the checkbox if you would like FLK it over to automatically link new leases with the ingoing condition report found in Inspection Manager.

b. Leave the checkbox unticked if you would like to manually trigger the retrieval of the ingoing condition report.

Paste the API key you generated from Inspection Manager in the supplied box, choose between the two options mentioned above for the checkbox and click 'Save changes'.
