Add a Tenant Assisted Inspection (TAI)
Updated over a year ago

πŸ“ Please note:

If TAI is not enabled for your Office, then you will not be able to complete the on-screen guided tour or use the TAI feature. If you wish to get this feature setup, please view our article on this here.

If TAI is enabled, then you may view our guided tour by clicking on the button below.

To create a TAI all you need to do is create a Routine inspection. Once it is in Pending status, click on the 'Request TAI' button.

A pop-up will then appear giving you two options to select from.

Option 1 will allow you copy the TAI inspection link so that you can paste it into to your own email client or trust accounting system, if you prefer to email from one of these systems instead. Doing this will move the inspection into Tenant Routine status.

Option 2 will open up Inspection Managers email window which will allow you to email directly from the CMS.

Once it has been sent off you will receive a pop-up notification.

Should you have any issues, please contact our Support Team by starting a Chat or emailing helpdesk@inspectionmanager.com.au
