Loading Inspections to your Device

Where do I start?

Provided that your inspection has been created, you don't need to do anything else on the website.

First make sure that your device is connected to your office WiFi to load your inspections, as these files can be large if you are using the 'Last Inspection Data' feature.

Now log in to the App using the same details as the ones you use to log in to the website. You will land on the screen that appears below.

Tap 'Inspection List' at the top left which will take you to the screen below.

To refresh your Inspection List and bring up your inspections for the day, drag your finger down the screen and your new inspections will appear. Tap the red 'Prepare Inspections for Offline Use' to download your inspection information for the day.

Once this has been completed your device no longer needs to be connected to the internet for you to perform the inspection.
