About resetting your app password
You can reset your password from the forgot password link on the Proptech Labs Inspection Manager app logon screen. After you request a reset, a verification link is sent to your registered email address.
Note: The verification link is valid for 24 hours. If the link expires, repeat the steps below to request a new link.
Request a password reset link
Use the app logon screen to send a password reset link to your email address.
Open the Proptech Labs Inspection Manager app
Tap Forgot password?
Confirm that your email address is correct
Tap Send
A notification appears confirming that the password reset email has been sent.
Tip: If you do not receive the email, check your junk or spam folder before requesting another link.
Reset your password from the email
Use the verification link in the email to open the password reset page.
Open the password reset email
Select the password reset link
On the password reset page, enter your new password
Re-enter your new password to confirm it
Select Reset Password
In the success confirmation window, select OK
Return to the app and sign in with your new password
Password requirements
Your new password must meet the minimum password requirements.
Your password must include:
At least 8 characters
At least 1 symbol
At least 1 capital letter
At least 1 number
Tip: Choose a password that is unique to this app and not used for other accounts.
