Tenants conducting Paperless ingoing inspections can seamlessly access Virtual Tours and 360° images. Property managers can manage, and tenants can view the virtual tours across all types of inspections, ensuring comprehensive and efficient property evaluations.

Dirty walls or unkept gardens when you do an inspection? Need to request for tenants to take actions? Introducing the Tenant Action Report feature, designed to simplify communication regarding post-inspection tenant actions. Property managers can now generate detailed action reports for completed and closed inspections. Simply mark items requiring tenant attention via the new Inspection Manager App and share them with tenants.

This feature includes options to download associated media and send reports via customisable email templates. Tenants receive these reports in an easily accessible HTML format, with convenient options to download or print. ​

We’re pleased to announce that you can now efficiently add, edit, delete and recover assets for properties managed through Inspection Manager. Any changes to assets are synchronised across both the CMS and Mobile Application, ensuring consistency in Inspection Reports and across all platforms. This update streamlines asset management, helping you maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all assets.

Your Brand – Elevated! You can now enhance your reports further with a personalised touch using our new Cover Page feature. This functionality allows you to include a street-view photo of your properties as the report's cover page. Simply access the property inspection via the new Inspection Manager App, capture a photo and once synced to the website, the image will be displayed as the property’s cover photo in future reports unless updated during subsequent inspections. Your landlords will appreciate the professional presentation of their property.

We’re excited to introduce a new feature in the Inspection Manager Application (IMA) that allows users to merge duplicate properties directly within the IM CMS, without the need for support or admin intervention. Simply access the merge function via the property edit button, search for duplicate properties, and consolidate them with ease. The system will automatically check for pending inspections before proceeding, ensuring a smooth and conflict-free merge. All inspections combined under the remaining property profile. A "Merged Property" tag will be displayed on the consolidated property.

Want to integrate Inspection Manager directly into your leases with FLK it over? You can now enable the "FLK it over setting" directly from the Office Settings tab in the Inspection Manager system.

This enhancement allows you to activate the integration seamlessly, without the need for support team assistance. Simply navigate to the ‘Settings’ tab, locate the “FLK it over setting” option, and toggle it to enable. The system will guide you with a pop-up to generate and securely store the API key, following existing security protocols.

(If you have already activated it via contacting Inspection Manager Support prior to this update, then you do not need to activate it a second time)

Have you moved to the new Inspection Manager App yet? If not, this months release might just convince you that it’s time! We have streamlined your inspection workflows as you can now mark your Routine inspections as "Closed" and email the inspection to both Landlords and Tenants when using our new mobile app.

To use the new app please first ensure that all inspections on the app you are currently using are synced and finalised. It is very important to ensure that all inspections are finalised before removing the old app from your device, deleting the app without finalising all inspections first can result in data loss.

Once you’ve completed that step, then you can install and use the new app for any new inspections going forward. The new app is available on both iPhone and Android devices. Simply search for "Proptech Labs Property Manager" on the app store and install.
